EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Until 30.9.2025 there is a 10% discount on all tickets for Opera Festival events.
COMBO TICKET – 20% DISCOUNT
When you purchase a ticket or tickets to one opera, you get 20% off tickets to another opera performance. The offer applies to categories Box, 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Valid until December 31, 2025, through Lippupiste sales points and the Opera Festival box office, when buying a ticket to a Festival production in the same transaction. In the online store at lippu.fi, you’ll receive a link with your ticket purchase to make your combo purchase at the discounted price. Not available at R-kiosks.
GROUPS
A 10% group discount is available for groups of at least 20 people. This discount is not available in the online store. Group discounts and early bird discounts cannot be combined. Group booking confirmation dates: January 31, March 31, and May 31, 2026. Note: These dates may change depending on ticket sales. If performances are sold out, we will contact groups earlier.
TOUR OPERATOR COMMISSION
The commission for responsible tour operators is 10% of ticket prices. The commission only applies to tickets purchased from the Opera Festival’s office. Tour operator booking confirmation dates are January 31, March 31, and May 31, 2026. Note: Dates may change depending on the sales situation. If performances are sold out, we will contact groups earlier.
SUPPORT ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP
Members (Silver, Gold, Platinum) receive a 10% discount on tickets to all Opera Festival events before public sales.
- Silver: Benefit valid until January 31, 2026
- Gold and Platinum: Year-round benefit
Available with a membership card at the Opera Festival box office or via the members’ link.
Member reservations must be redeemed by January 31, 2026.

STUDENTS & CHILDREN
Students and children (age 16 and under) receive 25% off the regular price of tickets to events at Olavinlinna. Not valid for Pajatsolippu and cannot be combined with other discounts. A valid student or age ID must be presented at purchase and upon entry. Lippupiste’s terms apply to purchases made at their sales points.
ACCESSIBILITY – EU DISABILITY CARD
We support the EU Disability Card initiative. If the card includes an “A” symbol, one assistant or companion enters for free. Otherwise, the assistant receives 50% off. The assistant must help the cardholder to their seat.
BOX EXPERIENCE
Box ticket includes:

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for a custom amount at the Opera Festival’s box office. Also available online and at full-service Lippupiste locations for set amounts. Valid for one year. Extensions only in special cases.
CULTURE BENEFIT VOUCHERS
Tickets may be purchased using Smartum and Edenred vouchers. SmartumPay is also accepted at the Festival office. Accepted vouchers vary by Lippupiste location – check lippu.fi/myyntipisteet. Vouchers can only be used for personal purchases, not for gift cards.
Edenred MasterCard can be used in the Lippu.fi online store. Events eligible for Edenred Virike benefit can be found in the Edenred ticket shop. Tickets purchased with this benefit are personal.
FLEXIBLE TICKET
Flexible ticket (€10 extra per ticket) allows one exchange to a ticket of equal or higher value for the same or a different performance, subject to availability. The exchange must be made by May 31, 2026. The price difference and service fee are paid upon exchange. Previously paid service fees are non-refundable.
PAJATSOLIPPU
The Pajatsolippu (€106.60) entitles the holder to the best available seat (excluding boxes), worth at least €149.60. Available until the day before the performance. The final seat is delivered via email by 3:00 PM on the day of the performance. May be printed or shown on a mobile device.
Seats are assigned in order of purchase based on the best available. Adjacent seats cannot be guaranteed for multiple Pajatsolippu buyers. Limited availability. No other discounts apply.

PRICING, CHANGES & CAMPAIGNS
We use dynamic pricing. Ticket prices may change based on seat location, production, and demand. The seat price may change during the sales period. Visit lippu.fi for up-to-date pricing and seating maps. Campaign and membership benefits cannot be combined with other discounts. Campaigns are valid only during the specified campaign period.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Flexible tickets may be exchanged within the limits specified above. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, the ticket price will be refunded upon return of the ticket and required details.
The Opera Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. No cash is handled at the Festival’s ticket office.
