Summer 2024 performances of Káťa Kabanová cancelled and The Bartered Bride on 3 August moved to a new date

The performances of Káťa Kabanová by the Prague National Opera scheduled for 29 July and 1 August have been cancelled for production technical reasons. The Bartered Bride, which was scheduled for Saturday 3 August, has been brought forward to Thursday 1 August because of the schedule reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these changes. We hope to see you at other performances at the 2024 Savonlinna Opera Festival.

You can exchange your ticket for another performance in summer 2024. If you change the performance date, we will upgrade your ticket to a higher price category at no extra charge, depending on ticket availability.

You can exchange your ticket for a gift voucher

You can exchange your ticket for a Savonlinna Opera Festival gift voucher of a similar value. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the exchange date.

Refunding tickets

You can apply for a refund for your ticket via the Lippu.fi online service at https://web.lippu.fi/palautus/.

Please note that the service fee and any order and delivery fees charged in connection with the purchase are not refundable.

We are not able to refund tickets bought with culture vouchers or exchange them for gift vouchers due to Tax Administration guidelines, and such tickets may only be exchanged for tickets for another performance.

A refund may only be requested by the person or organisation that bought the ticket. Therefore, if you were given the ticket as a gift, only the person or organisation that bought the ticket may request a refund.

Tickets must be exchanged or refunded by 1 July 2024.

If you have a ticket for The Bartered Bride on 3 August

Your ticket is valid for the performance on 1 August.

You do not have to do anything because of the change. Your ticket is valid for the performance rescheduled for 1 August.

You can exchange your ticket for a ticket to another performance

If the new date does not suit you, you can exchange your ticket for another performance in summer 2024. If you wish to change the performance date, we will upgrade your ticket to the next price category at no extra charge, depending on ticket availability.
