Join the Opera Festival Patron’s Association as a youth member and enjoy opera at an affordable price with a wide range of member benefits. As a youth member, you can purchase a last-minute ticket for the same evening’s performance for €29, subject to availability. At the same time, you will support the future of the Savonlinna Opera Festival through your membership. By joining now, you can start enjoying the membership benefits immediately. The membership is valid for the calendar year. As a member of the Patron’s Association, you have the right to participate in the association’s annual meeting, held in September–October. TICKET BENEFITS

Last-minute tickets €29: One ticket per performance. The benefit is personal. Limited availability for same-day performances at the Tallisaari ticket office.
Youth-priced performances: Limited availability; will be announced separately to U29 members.
Early bird benefit -15%: Valid for 7 days before public ticket sales begin. Applies to the summer 2027 programme, published in June 2026.
Early bird benefit -10%: Valid until September 30. Applies to the summer 2027 programme, published in June 2026.

TRAVEL, EVENTS & ARTISTIC CONTENT

Opera introductions (member -50%, no guest): Held at the Wivi Lönn Hall in the Old Elementary School (Puistokatu 5) on opera evenings.
Backstage tours (members only, no guests): Members will be informed later about tour schedules. Advance registration required. Limited availability.
Open rehearsals (members only, no guests): Members will be informed later about rehearsal schedules. Advance registration required. Limited availability.
Opera Salon webinars: These webinars offer members behind-the-scenes insights directly from the creators. Discussions cover works, art, and life in opera, and members can ask their own questions. The webinars are held online via Teams, and schedules and guests will be announced separately to members.
Member trip: Possible opera trip at a special member price. Details will be communicated to members separately. Limited availability.
